Kick off the conference in true Viennese style with a warm welcome at the charming Heurigen Restaurant "Fuhrgassl Huber". Nestled in the picturesque vineyards of Vienna, this traditional Heurigen offers an authentic experience of Austrian hospitality, perfect for an evening of relaxed conversation and cultural immersion.
You’ll be treated to a rustic Heurigen dinner featuring a delightful array of regional specialties served buffet-style, from hearty meats and seasonal salads to freshly baked bread and local cheeses (vegan-vegetarian-conventional foods will be offered). Each course is crafted with the finest ingredients, bringing the flavors of Austria straight to your plate.
As you enjoy the delicious fare, take in the cozy, rustic atmosphere that Heurigen are famous for – a perfect blend of tradition and warmth. With local wine flowing freely, it's an ideal setting to connect with fellow attendees, share ideas, and raise a glass to the start of our conference!

Farewell Event
Join us for an unforgettable Farewell Dinner at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, one of Vienna's most iconic cultural treasures! This special event will take place in the stunning Cupola Hall, where guests will enjoy a seated multi-course dinner amidst the grandeur of this historic venue.
As you savor each exquisite course, you’ll be invited to explore the museum's masterpieces with a guided tour between courses. Our expert guides will take you through the highlights of the museum's vast collection, offering an intimate look at some of the world's most celebrated works of art. From ancient Egyptian artifacts to the Renaissance and Baroque treasures of artists like Raphael and Bruegel, you’ll experience history and culture in a whole new light.
